Leadership for me is about allowing others to grow, empowering with autonomy, supporting through collaboration and fostering positive and open discourse around common goals.
LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT: I deliver bespoke training and workshops around creativity, values and many other topics key to how a business unit thrives.
STRATEGIC PITCH FACILITATION: I lead strategic pitch teams to bring clarity to the mission and grow business. I also deliver creativity and pitching workshops for organisations, to help them gain more creative confidence and deliver that to clients more effectively.
PITCH BUILDING: New business pitches, ground-up creative solutions partnership pitches, compelling sales collateral. Creating powerful angles (whether corporate or product related) for the organisation to succeed and win.
CREATIVE CULTURE: Implementation of partnerships processes and culture. This includes coaching of creative teams to instill a thriving culture of collaboration and success.
This is the promotional video for Time Inc. Content, on which I worked with Matt Simmonds. This being a launch video, we had no content assets, and the topic was content production. Despite this I think we created something with energy, and hopefully a little authority.
When Head of Creative Solutions at The Telegraph, I wanted to formalise our approach for clients in a creative way. This was done way back in 2010, again with Matt Simmonds. I had to do the VO as we had no budget.
